Web OPAC: The entire Library collection including books, journals, etc. can be searched through the web enabled Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC). Users can access the OPAC to find out the real-time availability of library materials from their own computer terminals.

Inter Library Loan/Resource Sharing: Library has co-operative arrangements with other major libraries through the DELNET to get documents, which are not available in the Library. Faculty and researchers can avail this facility.

Proactive Information Services: Library provides specific information services such as alert on upcoming conferences, CAS, SDI, etc. to the academic community.

Reference and Research Services: Library staff would support the faculty and researchers in various ways like conducting extensive literature surveys, preparation of subject bibliographies on any given topic, reading lists, database searches, etc.

Orientation/ Awareness programme: Information Literacy/Library Orientation: Library conducts Information Literacy/User Education/Orientation programmes to all in the beginning of the academic year. Besides this, user awareness programmes are conducted.

Children’s Library: The Children’s Library provides educational, recreational, and cultural resources for children aged 6 to 11. It has a large collection of picture books, story books, nonfictional books, and multimedia materials. The main objective of the Children’s Library is to develop children’s reading, research, and creativity skills through different programs and activities
